* Technical manufacturing drawings, softwares, mechanial schemes and electric diagrams are sent to the customers for free in order to have domestic assistance (if needed) after the warranty period ends.
* Any type of spare part (free during warranty period) is sent using international cargo companies in 3 work days to your adress.
* As KAV Group; our technicians supervise the production process of your orders.
* During the mounting process in your country our technicians from KAV will also assist the process with the technicians coming from main factory.
* The training about the machines are both given from our Turish and Chinese experianced technicians.
